Methods
  • 1. Directions: Prepare Pizza Dough: In small jug,add lukewarm water,sugar,instant yeast and mix well,cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  • 2. In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,add salt and mix. Add cooking oil,yeast mixture,mix well and knead until dough is formed.
  • 3. Add cooking oil and knead again. Cover and let it rest for 1 hour at warm place.
  • 4. Prepare Stuffing: In chopper,add carrots,capsicum,green chili and chop well.
  • 5. Add chicken, tikka masala(garam masala,food colour, cumin powder, coriander powder, haldi, lal kashmiri mirch powder) salt, black pepper crushed,chop coarsely & set aside.
  • 6. Grease hands with oil and knead dough again until smooth. Divide the dough into two equal parts.
  • 7. Take one part,sprinkle flour and roll out with the help of rolling pin. Cut into round shape with the help of the cutter.
  • 8. Place four pieces and overlapping one another. Add chicken stuffing and starting from one end,roll carefully to form a rose shape (makes 6-8).
  • 9. Grease baking tray with oil,place prepared roses and applying egg wash.
  • 10. Sprinkle mix herb italian seasoning on the top.
  • 11. Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 25-30 minutes.
