Ingredients For Barley Warm Salad Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat oil in a pan. Add onion and sauté on medium flame for a minute
  • 2. Add broccoli and sauté it for 2 mins
  • 3. Add mixed bell peppers and zuchhini
  • 4. Saute on medium flame for 2-3 mins
  • 5. Add roasted and boiled pearl barley. Mix well on low flame
  • 6. Add salt and pepper. Mix well
  • 7. Switch off the flame. Add lemon juice and serve warm
