Ingredients For Bathua Paratha Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash and boil the bathua leaves with 1/4 Bowl water.
  • 2. Let it cool. Grind it along with green chilli and garlic. Make smooth paste.
  • 3. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients. Make soft dough. If needed add water.
  • 4. Make paratha on hot tawa with dough on medium heat.
