Ingredients For Bedami Puri Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash soaked dal . Drain the water.Take a mixer jar, add dal, asafoetida, green chilli and fennel seeds , coarsely grind it.
  • 2. Take a big bowl, add wheat flour, rawa, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and dal paste.
  • 3. Mix it well. Using luke warm water, knead soft but semi stiff dough.
  • 4. Cover it. Keep aside for rest. Again knead the dough make it smooth.
  • 5. Now divide the dough into equalparts. Take one part and roll it to make puri.
  • 6. Heat oil in a wok. On medium flame, deep fry all the puris till it becomes golden brown and crispy.
  • 7. Remove it on kitchen napkin.
  • 8. Serve this bedmi puri with any curry,
