Ingredients For Besan Cheela Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl and add besan to it.
  • 2. Add in the onion, coriander and green chillies.
  • 3. Now add curd and water to make a semi thick batter.
  • 4. Add all the dry spices and mix till well combined.
  • 5. Cover and let it rest for 5-7 mins.
  • 6. take off the lid and now mix again. Adjust the consistency if required.
  • 7. Heat up a tawa and brush with oil.
  • 8. Spread a ladle full of batter and cook from both sides on medium heat.
  • 9. Cook well till crispy and golden brown.
  • 10. Take it off and enjoyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy.
