Ingredients For Besan Sev Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Grease the sev maker.
  • 2. Take a mixing bowl add besan and all the spices. Mix it well. Make a hole between flour and pour hot oil. Mix it with spoon.
  • 3. After few minutes when oil becomes little cool, mix the flour with your hands.
  • 4. Add little water and make a soft smooth dough. Cover it, Keep it aside to rest. After 15 minutes again knead the dough.
  • 5. Make logs from the dough. Place it in mould
  • 6. Heat oil in a wok. Press the sev maker directly above the hot oil. Move your hands in circular motion.
  • 7. On medium heat fry the sev from both the sides till it becomes golden and crispy. Remove it in a kitchen napkin. Let it cool then store in airtight container.
