Take a mixing bowl add besan and all the spices. Mix it well. Make a hole between flour and pour hot oil. Mix it with spoon.

After few minutes when oil becomes little cool, mix the flour with your hands.

Add little water and make a soft smooth dough. Cover it, Keep it aside to rest. After 15 minutes again knead the dough.

Make logs from the dough. Place it in mould

Heat oil in a wok. Press the sev maker directly above the hot oil. Move your hands in circular motion.

On medium heat fry the sev from both the sides till it becomes golden and crispy. Remove it in a kitchen napkin. Let it cool then store in airtight container.
