Ingredients For BHINDI DOPAYAZA RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Wash bhindi properly,cut the edges of the bhindi on both sides.,now cut them length wise from one sides. Deep fried the bhindi on medium flame,drain and keep aside.
  • 2. Again heat oil in the same pan and fried the onion and remove from hit. Heat oil in a pan and add finely chopped onion and saute until pink.
  • 3. Add ginger garlic paste and saute for one mins. Add tomato,coriander powder,turmeric powder and whole red chilly and 2 tbsp water and mix well.
  • 4. Add curd and saute until oil leaves the pan. Now add fried bhindi, onion and salt and cover the lid for five minutes in a medium flame.
  • 5. Turn off the flame,serve hot with steamed rice ,pomegranate raita,papad and salad.
