Ingredients For Bread Fritters Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Cut the bread slices as per your choice.
  • 2. Take a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients except bread and oil.
  • 3. Mix it well. Gradually add the water and make lump free batter.
  • 4. Heat oil in a wok . Add 1 tbsp hot oil in a batter. Whisk it well.
  • 5. Dip bread pieces in batter. Deep fry in medium hot oil till it becomes golden brown and crispy.
  • 6. Serve hot with any dip or sauce.
