Recipe Notes

Do not keep bread slices into batter for so long as they become soft and start breaking. So once the oil in pan is half heated then start dipping slices into batter.

Ingredients For Bread Pakora Recipe

Methods
  • 1. For making batter- take 1 bowl gram flour add ¼ bowl rice flour to it.
  • 2. Then add finely chopped garlic chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder,hing to it.
  • 3. Heat 2 tsp oil in pan and once it is nicely hot pour it in the dry batter.
  • 4. Mix it nicely.
  • 5. Add water gradually to make a semi thick batter.
  • 6. Now cut the bread slices in square shape.
  • 7. Heat the oil in the pan on low flame.
  • 8. Till then dip all the bread slices into the batter cover each slice with batter completely.
  • 9. Now deep fry it till it turns into nice golden brown colour.
  • 10. Serve it with tomato ketchup or Schezwan sauce or cheese dip or anything you like.
  • 11. Super tasty yet simple bread pakoras are ready to eat.
