Methods
  • 1. Weigh all the ingredients properly and mix all the dry ingredients all together.
  • 2. Make a well out of the dry ingredients and add water into it.
  • 3. Start kneading and make a dough out of it. When it reaches at a smooth texture add margarine in it.
  • 4. After adding margarine knead it for a few minutes and keep it under a damp cloth for proofing or fermentation.
  • 5. Take a baking tray and grease it with oil and keep it aside for a while.
  • 6. After the bread gets fermented and double in size, remove the cloth and remove the excess air by punching the dough.
  • 7. After removing the excess air divide the dough in 4 or 6 equal halves.
  • 8. With the help of bare hands roll the dough into a ball and gently keep it onto the greased baking tray.
  • 9. After placing onto the baking tray keep the rolls for final fermentation to get fluffy texture.
  • 10. As the breads get inflated double in size keep the baking tray in the pre-heated oven at a temperature of 210⁰ C for about 15 minutes.
  • 11. Safely remove the tray and brush the breads with the help of a little oil.
