Ingredients For VEGGIE CHOP BURGER Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Blanch all the veggies in a pressure cooker.
  • 2. Mash all the veggies,add salt,ginger,green chilly,red chilly powder,cumin seeds powder and corn flour and mix well.
  • 3. Shape each ball to flat patties of medium thickness.
  • 4. All the balls are made in the same way.
  • 5. Coat with bread crumbs.
  • 6. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the veggie tikki in a medium flame.
  • 7. Cut the burger into the middle.
  • 8. Spread butter and shallow fry the burger.
  • 9. Place the lettuce leave on one piece of burger
  • 10. Add onion slice,veg tikki,mayonnaise and tomato slice.
  • 11. Now cover with burger pieces and serve.
