1.
Wash the brown rice with clean water and soak it in 2 1/4cup of water for 1/2 an hour

Add 5 cup of water for 1 cup of rice and boil it for 25 min to 1/2 an hour or until the rice become soft. Then drain it using colander and let it cool down for at least 1/2 an hour

Before cooking Fried brown rice, make sure that it is completely cooled as it clumps less when it is fried.

Heat the oil in a pan, add 1/2 of finely chopped garlic and saute it is for few second don't make it brown
5.
Add onion saute it for few second then add capsicum, beans and carrot and stir fry on for few second
6.
Now add chilli sauce, Soya sauce, tomato ketchup, honey and salt, cook on high flame for a minute
7.
Add the cooked brown rice and cook for 2 mins on high flame
