Ingredients For Brown Fried Rice Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash the brown rice with clean water and soak it in 2 1/4cup of water for 1/2 an hour
  • 2. Add 5 cup of water for 1 cup of rice and boil it for 25 min to 1/2 an hour or until the rice become soft. Then drain it using colander and let it cool down for at least 1/2 an hour
  • 3. Before cooking Fried brown rice, make sure that it is completely cooled as it clumps less when it is fried.
  • 4. Heat the oil in a pan, add 1/2 of finely chopped garlic and saute it is for few second don't make it brown
  • 5. Add onion saute it for few second then add capsicum, beans and carrot and stir fry on for few second
  • 6. Now add chilli sauce, Soya sauce, tomato ketchup, honey and salt, cook on high flame for a minute
  • 7. Add the cooked brown rice and cook for 2 mins on high flame
  • 8. Now serve fried brown rice hot
