In a pre heated pressure cooker add ghee n all whole spices

Now add chopped onions n fry

Now add all vegetables n fry add salt fry for 5 mins in medium heat

Now add biriyani masala n fry add washed brown rice n mix well add paneer cubes n mix well add water, allow it to start boiling now add chopped COriender leaves n pudina n cover the lid, slower the flame to medium n put it for 3 whistle.

After the pressure is over than serve with riata.
