Ingredients For Brown Rice Risotto Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First soak the brown rice in water for 30 minutes. Then take a heavy-bottom pan and boil the rice till it becomes tender. Drain out water and keep aside.
  • 2. Now, heat butter in a non-stick pan and sauté onion and garlic. Add the capsicums and sauté for a few minutes.
  • 3. Add the cooked brown rice and stir well. Then add milk, Italian herbs, black pepper, and salt.
  • 4. Mix properly and cook on a medium flame for a few minutes.
  • 5. Stir continuously and add the cheese. Brown rice risotto is ready to serve.
