Ingredients For Macaroni In Cheese Sauce Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat oil in a pan on a medium flame.
  • 2. Add finely chopped garlic and saute until it changes color on medium flame.
  • 3. Now add finely chopped onion and saute till it turns pink. Add chopped capsicum and saute for a minute.
  • 4. Add cream, cheese, and milk. Bring it to boil and let it simmer on a slow flame until cheese melts.
  • 5. Add boiled macaroni, mixed herbs, and chili flakes. Mix well.
  • 6. Saute for a minute on a slow flame and serve hot.

Kids favourite... cheesy sauce macaroni! Instead of cream u could also use 1 tspoon of maida to thicken the sauce.
