Methods

How to make Beetroot Pasta Recipe

1. Boil Pasta in Boiler.
2. Add 1 tsp butter in it. Side by Side cut beetroot in small cubes.
3. Take a sauce pan . Add remaining 5 tsp butter
4. Add beetroot and cook until it soft.
5. Add chili flakes,vinegar,salt,sugar and mixed herbs in it.cook for 2-3 min.
6. Add pasta and toss. so all the ingredient are mixed.
7. Add double creams for thickness.
8. Top up with grated cheese and grated beetroot

Never knew two of my favourite things could be combined in one place and that too with a taste worth relishing. Loved how the preparation is simple and the texture is so creamy. In fact, loved the different colour too!
