Ingredients For Butter Masala Sweetcorn Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Boil the sweet corn kernels for 6-7 minutes. Drain out the water. (Use this water for soup)
  • 2. Take a pan, heat oil and butter. Add cumin seeds in it. When it turns brown add green chilli and onion. Saute it for few seconds.
  • 3. Now add paneer. Mix gently. Cook for 1 minute. Add tomato, corn kernels and all the spices. Mix it well.
  • 4. Turn off the flame. Add lemon juice in it.
  • 5. Transfer it in serving bowl. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
