  • 2. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped garlic, cabbage.
  • 3. Stir fry for sometime.
  • 4. Add bell pepper.
  • 5. Stir-fry 1 to 2 minutes.
  • 6. Now add carrots.
  • 7. Turn the heat to high and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  • 8. Stir until the vegetables begin to soften.
  • 9. Season it with salt and pepper.
