First grate the carrot. Now add carrots in the pan with ghee. Fry carrots well in ghee. Add milk powder and milk.

Add sugar when carrots are cooked. Stir well and add saffron soaked in milk. Mix rice powder and flour, 1 pinch of salt with warm water and cover with wet cotton cloth,

Make 3 lechis from the soaked mand. Break the laddus. Now take a lychee ball. Spread the laddu batter mixture over it.

Break the laddus. Now take a lychee ball. Spread the laddu batter mixture over it. Lightly press another lychee ball over the previous bread, spread the prepared carrot curd over it.

Now take a lychee ball. Spread the laddu batter mixture over it. Lightly press another lychee ball over the previous bread, spread the prepared carrot curd over it.

Grind the last lychee and press it evenly over the bread. Now spread the laddu mixture and roll it.Step 12Now heat it with water in the steamer, take out the wash and keep the roll pita and let it steam for 15 minutes.Step 13Cut and serve when cool.
