Ingredients For Carrot n Gooseberry Soup Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First of all take a pressure cooker, put chopped Gooseberry, chopped carrots, onion and garlic.
  • 2. Put double 3 to 4 cups of water and pressure cook.
  • 3. Once done( 3 to 4 whistles), cook it and grind in a jar.
  • 4. Now take the blended puree and strain it in a strainer.
  • 5. Once we get the liquid, put in a bowl and heat on slow flame.
  • 6. Add sugar and pepper powder. Boil for a while.
  • 7. Add 1 tablespoon of butter n cook for a while.
  • 8. Once done, serve hot.
