Ingredients For Carrot paratha

Methods
  • 1. Take carrot, ginger and chilli in mixture Jaar and make fine paste.
  • 2. Transfer paste in mixing bowl.
  • 3. Add maida and wheat flour.
  • 4. Add salt, oil, chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin seeds and mix well.
  • 5. Add water as required and knead medium soft dough.
  • 6. Keep aside for 10 minutes.
  • 7. Now take small portion from it and flaten it. Give triangle shape.
  • 8. Pan fry or roast it on hot tawa with oil or butter.
  • 9. One side apply greated carrot and cheese. Microwave it for 30 seconds.
  • 10. Our paratha is ready to serve. Enjoy.
