Ingredients For CASHEW FRIED CAKE RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Grind cashews in Grinder or Blender till fine powder.
  • 2. Mix flour, ground Cashew, Suji/ Semolina and mix it well to make batter with 100 ml of water.
  • 3. Keep the Batter aside for 1 hour.
  • 4. Making of Sugar syrup: Boil the rest 100 ml water and add sugar.
  • 5. Keep swirling it till the bubbles start (Don't make the syrup to much sticky/ thick).
  • 6. Heat up the wok and pour Desi Ghee.
  • 7. After 1 hour whisk the batter for 3 minutes and with the help of tablespoon pour the battery in heated Desi Ghee and slow down the heat.
  • 8. Keeping in mind you have to fry it on medium flame till the brown colour comes out.
  • 9. So the cake will cook well from inside too.
  • 10. Dip fry cake in sugar syrup for 3 minutes and take it out for plating.
  • 11. Just add fried and dip cake in vertical manner on your favourite plate.
  • 12. Pour condensed milk over it and dressed the Dessert with dried Rose Petals.
  • 13. For plating add cashew and sugar syrup fibres.
  • 14. Freeze it for 20 minutes and serve chilled.
