Ingredients For Chettinad Black Rice Sweet (Kavuni Arisi) Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Soak the rice for about 8 hous. Pressure cook the rice with 3 cups of water for about 10 whistles.
  • 2. After the pressure subsides open & mash the rice with the back of a ladle. Add sugar & grated coconut & cook till the mixture thickens.
  • 3. Serve hot
