Ingredients For Chicken pish pash recipe

Methods
  • 1. Marinate the chicken pieces with salt for 10 min. Now add oil in a pan, add onion and fry until it is golden brown.
  • 2. Add chicken pieces, diced vegetables, salt, pepper and ginger garlic paste.
  • 3. Fry it for 10-15min, cover it in between and wait for the water which comes out from chicken and vegetables.
  • 4. Add raw rice and fry for next 2min. Now add boiling water and cover it for next 15min to cook fully.
  • 5. When everything is fully cooked and extra water is not there, turn off the gas. Serve hot.
