Mix oil, salt, black cumin,1 egg in flour and mix well with adequate amount of water (20 minutes). Potatoes should be cut into long lengths. Salted and fried in oil

Beat one egg with salt. Add the beaten egg mixture to the fried potato.

Now cut the lentils and fry the bread in a small amount of oil like sand.
4.
Now fry the potatoes and eggs on the bread, then spread the mustard sauce, tomato sauce, chaat spices and wrap the roll.
