Chocochips Quinoa Muffins Recipe

Quinoa is considered super foods and I try to include them in my weekly menu. Here's a healthy Breakfast Muffin and you won't even know it's got all healthy Ingridents and still taste amazing and is gluten free.

Recipe Notes

If Oats flour is not available just grind some Oats into fone powder.Quinoa flakes are easily available on Amazon.

Ingredients For Chocochips Quinoa Muffins Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Combine all. The dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • 2. Combine all the wet ingredients in another bowl.
  • 3. Slowly pour the dry ingredients into the liquid.
  • 4. Mix gently do not whisk.
  • 5. Toss the Chocochips.
  • 6. Fill in greased Muffin tins.
  • 7. Preheat the oven to 180⁰ c and bake the Muffins for25 to 30 minutes or till a skewer inserted comes out clean
  • 8. Serve warm with some extra honey or maple syrup.
