Ingredients For Chocolate biscuit walnuts cake recipe

Methods
  • 1. Dry roast the walnuts and keep aside . Break the biscuits into small pieces. Mix biscuits and 100 gm walnuts in a big pan .
  • 2. Now take another pan and add water and sugar , bring to a boil , dissolve and then add cocoa powder, mix well and give 1 boil .
  • 3. Now add butter, keep stirring and let it boil on low flame for 5 minutes.
  • 4. Now off the flame and let it cool a bit . Add vanilla essence and pour the mixture on biscuits and mix it well .
  • 5. Pour the biscuits mixture in a set bowl and keep in fridge for 1/2 hour.
  • 6. Now take another pan and put cream and boil it . Give only 1 boil, off the flame , add dark chocolate pieces and keep stirring for a minute till chocolate melts completely.
  • 7. Now remove the cake from the fridge, pour the chocolate mixture and spread evenly.
  • 8. Now again keep the cake in fridge for 4 hours.
  • 9. Now use the remaining walnuts for topping.
  • 10. Cut the cake into desired shape as per our choices.
  • 11. Garnish with almonds and silver balls.
