Methods
  • 1. Place ghee and sugar and cream until pale and fluffy.
  • 2. Then beat in the egg yolk and vanilla essence.
  • 3. Sift the flour, cocoa powder, salt into the mixture and combine well.
  • 4. Wrap it in a cling wrap and refrigerate for 30-45 minutes.
  • 5. Preheat the oven at 180 degree celsius.
  • 6. Now roll out the dough in between 2 butter papers.
  • 7. Cut it into squares and place them on a greased tray.
  • 8. Bake them for 20-25 minutes in the preheated oven or until done.
  • 9. Let it cool. ice the cookies with the chocolate ganache.
