Methods
  • 1. Sift the cocoa powder before adding it to the cream
  • 2. pour the heavy whipping cream into a chilled bowl. Using an electric mixer/blender, begin whipping. Whip the cream until it becomes frothy and slightly thickened.
  • 3. Add powder sugar and cocoa powder into the whipped mixture
  • 4. Serve it chilled or you can add some chopped chocolate before serving.
