1.
Preheat oven at 180 degree centigrade. In a wide bottom bowl add all the flours and mix well. Add the oil and mix well. You should be able to make a fist with the flour. Boil water in the kettle.

Add water to make a dough. Do not knead the dough, just add enough water to bind the flour and give a fist shape.

Bake in the oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and let them cool completely. Once cool make small pieces and grind them in a grinder.

Sieve it thru a sieve and grind any remaining chunks. Add the almond and cashews,cardamom and nutmeg powder and mix well.
5.
Heat the ghee in a pan and add the grated jaggery and cook until all the jaggery is melted. Add the hot ghee and jaggery into churmu.
6.
Mix all with spatula. You can use ladoo mould to make ladoo. Or take some churma mixture and give a round ball shape using hands. Immediately spread poppy seeds so that they will stick to churma ladoo.
