Ever since a kid I was fond of aam papad. But over the years I have seen it deteriorating in its quality and taste which was the main reason to step back from buying it. But having a home made resort to it is a great sigh of relief. The best part is that now I can be sure of the quality and eat it anytime. As there is no problem of shelf life you can easily make it once a week and store it in refrigerator for almost a month.
