Methods
  • 1. Cream the butter with the powdered sugar and Ammonium Bicarbonate.
  • 2. Add 5 ml of vanilla essence in the creamed fat and gradually mix flour in it.
  • 3. Pour the milk and make a dough out of it.
  • 4. Roll the dough evenly with a thickness of 2.3-2.5 cm and cut the cookies with the help of a cookie cutter.
  • 5. Put the dough in the baking tray and bake them at 180⁰ C for 10 mins.
  • 6. Remove the cookies and spread jam over it and close it with another cookie.
