Ingredients For Corn and Spinach Au Gratin Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Pre-heat the oven to 180°C.
  • 2. In a saucepan add milk and cornflour and stir it in the oregano, salt and chilli flakes.
  • 3. Keep the heat on medium flame and stir until the sauce thickens.
  • 4. Heat olive oil in the frying pan add chopped spinach and sauté it for about a minute. Stir in the steamed corn to the spinach and creamy Au Gratin base sauce.
  • 5. Pour the spinach and corn au gratin into a pie dish and grate cheddar cheese on the top.
  • 6. Place the pie dish in the oven for about 10-12 minutes. And turn light golden brown.
  • 7. Once done, remove the dish from oven and serve with bread.
