Ingredients For Corn Palak Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First of all, take half a glass of water in a vessel. Add 1/4 teaspoon salt to it, add sweet corn boil it for 6-7 minutes.
  • 2. Remove the stem of the spinach, wash spinach well. Boil it and grind it. Cut the cheese into pieces.
  • 3. Put onion, tomato, ginger, garlic in a mixer jar and grind it.
  • 4. Take a pan. Add oil and butter to it and heat it. Add cumin and green chilies. When cumin seeds turn brown, add ground onion masala to it. Fry it well on low-medium flame.
  • 5. When the masala starts leaving the oil, then add all the dry spices to it. Also add the ground spinach. Also add sugar.
  • 6. Mix it well. Now add boiled corn to it.
  • 7. Add water as required. Cook it. After mixing the paneer turn off the gas. Mix lemon juice in it.
