Ingredients For Corn Tart with Cheese Chicken Saag Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First take corn meal, wheat flour, salt, chilli flakes and carrot in deep bowl.
  • 2. Now add gradually water in this and make semi solid dough and left to 5 to 8 minutes to set.
  • 3. Now take dough and spread this with hand and arrange the spread dough in already greased tray and keep in fridge to chill for 20 to 25 minutes.
  • 4. After chilling the tart, take out from fridge, prick with fork and blind bake this in preheated oven for 15 minutes.
  • 5. Other side take all green veggies wash and cut it nicely and transfer in cooker.
  • 6. Add some chopped garlic, ginger and green chillies, some salt and close the lid for 3 to 4 whistle.
  • 7. When done open the lid of cooker mash the saag with masher or blender and add corn meal in this and cook on low flame.
  • 8. Other side heat ghee in a pan add chopped onion, remaining chopped ginger, garlic, green chilli and saute it.
  • 9. Now add nicely chopped tomato and cook.
  • 10. Add boiled chicken in this and saute this.
  • 11. Add cooked saag in this and mix it well on low flame when done switch of gas.
  • 12. Other side when tart done, spread the cooked saag in a baked tart, spread grated cheese and sprinkle chilli flakes, white and black sesame seeds and bake this till cheese melt.
  • 13. Now Winter Special Corn Tart with Cheese Chicken Saag is ready to serve, serve hot for more taste.
