Recipe Notes

Rice glour should be sauted well for atleast 5 minutes on low flame to avoid a rawness of it and to get an aromatic texture.

Methods
  • 1. Heat ghee in a pan.
  • 2. Add rice flour and saute it for 4-5 minutes on low flame until it becomes aromatic.
  • 3. Now add milk and sugar,mix nicely and cook it until it absorbs milk totally and comes in grainy and dry texture.
  • 4. Finally add cardamom powder,raisins and cashews,mix nicely and switch off the flame.
  • 5. Creamy Rice Flour Halwa is ready to serve.
