1.
Heat a pan add thin poha and roast it on low flame till it become crispy

Heat a pan add oil,add peanut to it and saute it till become crispy same process with cashew nuts and dry coconut flakes
3.
In same oil which oil is there in the pan add mustard seeds, coriander seeds, green chili,curry leaves, seasome seeds and turmeric powder and saute it become crispy
4.
Now add this tempering in the poha,add salt sugar and dry coconut flakes and mix well crispy coconut poha namkeen is ready that too in a very less oil
