Methods
  • 1. Heat a pan add thin poha and roast it.on low flame till it become crispy
  • 2. Heat a pan add oil,add peanut to it n saute it till become crispy same process repeat with cashew nuts and dry coconut flakes
  • 3. In same oil which oil is there in the pan add mustard seeds,coriander seeds, green chili,curry leaves, seasome seeds,and turmeric powder and saute it become crispy
  • 4. Now add this tempering in poha ,add salt n sugar ,dry coconut flakes cashew nuts,n peanut . crispy coconut poha namkeen is ready that too in a very less oil.
