Winter season has arrived. In winter season, daily I eat boiled eggs in breakfast which is very good for our body especially in winter but whenever boiled eggs are left, I lay down to make pakoras. So let's learn how to make crispy egg masala pakoda.

Recipe Notes

You can also make egg pakoras without preparing masala but before coating boiled eggs, do not forget to sprinkle salt, black pepper, red chilli powder, cumin powder and garam masala powder on it.

Ingredients For Crispy Egg Masala Pakoda Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Cut boiled eggs into two. From boiled eggs takeout yolk (yellow part) in another bowl. Mash it well.
  • 2. Heat 2 tbsp oil in pan, add onion and saute for 2minutes.
  • 3. Add tomato and cook for a minute or until tomato gets soft.
  • 4. Now add salt, black pepper powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder and cumin powder. Mix all well.
  • 5. Add 1-2 tbsp water in it. Saute until the water wlll be evaporated from it.
  • 6. Add mashed egg yolk and coriander leaves. Mix all well and switch off the flame. Let it cool downs completely.
  • 7. Now in eggs, stuff prepared egg yolk masala on their empty place.
  • 8. Make all purpose flour paste adding water. Coat the stuffed egg with the flour paste. For applying paste, you can use fork and spoon.
  • 9. And immediately coat with breadcrumbs on it. Keep aside.
  • 10. Deep fry all the stuffed masala eggs in heated oil. Fry until it turn crispy and golden brown. Transfer it on absorbing paper.
  • 11. Delicious crispy egg masala pakoda is ready to serve. Serve it hot with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
