Ingredients For Custard Seviya Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Roast vermicelli or seviya on low flame in ghee till it gets golden brown colour.
  • 2. Add milk and bring it to boil. After 3 to 4 boils , add sugar. We don't have to thicken the milk.
  • 3. Meanwhile dissolve custard in 3 spoons of milk.
  • 4. When milk reduces a bit, add custard slowly to milk. Stir continuously. Add chopped dry fruits and dates.
  • 5. Stir for 2-3 minutes. Put off the flames. Let custard cool completely. Add chopped fresh fruits and refrigerate for 2- 3 hours.
  • 6. Pour custard seviya in serving pot. Garnish with tutti fruits, fresh fruits and dry fruits.
