Ingredients For Dalia Pudding (Sanja) Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a vessel take dalia and add almost 2 cup water. Mix well, rest for 2-3 minutes and drain the top water so that it becomes clean.
  • 2. Now add jaggery, and 2 cups of water to it.
  • 3. Add a glass of water in the cooker and place this vessel in cooker, cover it with lead. Now cook it on a high flame till it is 2 whistles and on low heat for around 5-6 minutes.
  • 4. Turn off the flame.
  • 5. Now after 5 minutes take it out of the cooker.
  • 6. Take it out in a big vessel and add salt, cardamom powder. Mix well, make it lumps free.
  • 7. Now add 2 cups of water and mix it well and cook it on medium flame for 5-7 minutes.
  • 8. Healthy, delicious Dalia pudding (Sanja) is ready. Serve it with ghee.
