While boiling the basmati rice care should be taken so that the rice is not fully or over cooked as it will make the biriyani soggy.

Methods
  • 1. First boil the eggs and keep. Heat mustard oil and fry all the chopped veggies with salt n spices. After that add eggs and sauté n add garam masala powder , coriander and set aside.
  • 2. Prepare the rice for biriyani by boiling with ,salt ,whole spice and basmati rice. cook it 80 percent and drain the water.
  • 3. Now in a heavy bottom pan layer the biriyani first by using rice layer followed by egg gravy, fried onions, potatoes and again rice layer and repeating the rest.
  • 4. Lastly pour the saffron milk and ghee n give a nice dum for 10 min. After giving some standing time serve Egg Biriyani and enjoy.
