  • 1. Combine chicken stock,soy sauce and oil bring it to a boil.
  • 2. In a bowl combine cold water cornstarch and add it to the boiling broth.
  • 3. In a bowl beat the eggs and add it to the broth , stirring continuously.
  • 4. Remove it from heat, season it with salt and pepper.
  • 5. Garnish your soup with chopped coriander and enjoy it right away.
