1.
Sieve flour, sugar, baking powder & baking soda in a mixing bowl. Add buttermilk, vanilla essence & refined oil/butter to the dry ingredients.

Gradually add milk and make a batter of smooth flowing consistency. Sprinkle some flour over the choco chips & add into the batter.

Grease a cake tin/ steel container with butter/oil. Place butter paper or sprinkle some flour throughout the tin. Pour the batter & tap.

Heat a pan for 10mins on medium to high flame with cover. Place a stand into the pan & place the tin. Cover & bake for 35-40mins.
5.
Meanwhile, after 15-20 mins open the lid and spread a few more Chocochips on top of the cake batter.Step 8Once done bring it to room temperature before demolding. Enjoy.
