Ingredients For EGLESS BROWNIE Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Boil one and 1/4 ltr milk on the gas.When it boiled switch off the gas.
  • 2. Add vinegar and cover the milk. After few mins milk is fully curdled.
  • 3. Strain the paneer / cottage cheese. Sieve all purpose flour / maida,baking powder and salt together.
  • 4. Take a mixing bowl add sugar,fresh cream and cottage cheese / paneer and drinking chocolate mix until creamy and fluffy.
  • 5. Add vanilla essence and all purpose flour. Make a smooth batter.
  • 6. Pre heat oven to 180 degree celcius. Grease and flour a 9 inches round baking cake pans.
  • 7. Pour the batter into dish. Add roughly chopped almonds and walnuts.
  • 8. Bake for 50 mins. in the pre heated oven. Now the delicious chocolate brownies is ready
