Ingredients For Elanner Payasam Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First boil the milk till it becomes thick stir constantly else it will burn from the bottom .
  • 2. Now add few strands of safforn to it with sugar and dissolve it. Cool completely.
  • 3. Next step is to grind the flesh of the tender coconut with cardamom and keep aside .
  • 4. Once milk and sugar mixture is cooled add in the tender coconut fresh water (not bottled one that we get in market) followed by the ground flesh.
  • 5. Mix well add in ghee roasted raisin and garnish with safforn strands serve chill.
