Methods
  • 1. Saute garlic and onion
  • 2. Add charred and chopped tomatoes, oregano, sugar, salt, chili flakes and let it cook sauce is ready
  • 3. Take another wok add oil garlic onion capsicum broccoli and toss it
  • 4. Add kidney beans, mushroom, corn salt oregano chilli flakes
  • 5. Take tortillas or chapati put vegetables in it n roll tightly
  • 6. Put in the baking tray pour sauce on it and grate cheese
  • 7. Bake for 10-15 minutes Enchiladas ready
  • 8. Take out from baking tray and serve it
