Ingredients For Flatten Rice and Foxnut Namkeen Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Dry roast foxnuts.
  • 2. In a pan add oil and saute peanuts for 3 minutes.
  • 3. Add dried nuts and saute for 2 min and keep aside.
  • 4. Fry flattened rice in a same pan and take out.
  • 5. Temper coconut,curry leaves,salt,turmeric and mix all the ingredients.
  • 6. Namkeen is ready.
