Ingredients For Focaccia Bread Recipe.

Methods
  • 1. Mix water, sugar, yeast together, until the yeast is completely diluted.
  • 2. Mix flour, salt, gluten, bread improver together.
  • 3. Now pour in the liquid into the dry ingredients and knead, using the pull and push method.
  • 4. When kneaded, leave the dough to prove in a warm place for around 30 minutes.
  • 5. After the first proving, take out the dough and put it in the mould, and prick it with fingers to release out the extra air.
  • 6. Then sprinkle the chopped veggies and herbs.
  • 7. Now prove it for another time for 30 minutes.
  • 8. Preheat the oven at 200 degree celsius for 10 minutes
  • 9. After preheating is done, put it to bake at 200 degree celsius for 25 minutes
  • 10. Once baked, glaze it with some olive oil.
  • 11. Now slice it and serve it warm and soft.
