Add sugar as per taste. You can increase the quantity of sugar if like it more sweeter. Can also be prepared using low fat milk.

Ingredients For Gajar ki kheer

Methods
  • 1. Wash thoroughly and then scrape the upper skin of carrots.
  • 2. Grate it using grater.
  • 3. Add ghee to a heavy bottom vessel. Add grated carrots and sauté.
  • 4. Once it os done, add milk and bring it to a boil.
  • 5. Keep stirring meanwhile. Cook it on a low flame till it thickens and and carrots gets cooked well.
  • 6. Also add augar while milk is boiling. Add geounded cardemom powder to it.
  • 7. Serve it with blanched chopped almonds while serving.
